Bidding for Series Time Slots:

Beginning Monday, August 21st, Public Access is open for bids for Series Timeslots for the Fall Quarter.

Go to our website: www.roguetv.org and click on the Public Access Overview link. When that opens, click on Programs – Bidding for Series Timeslots. This document will give you all the information regarding the requirements for a series and the bidding form.

Bidding will end on Tuesday night at midnight. The new Fall schedule will begin October 1st and will end January 3rd.

REMEMBER, if you are bidding for a series time slot, you MUST submit a minimum of three new programs per quarter. Some Producers have been bidding for time slots but then don’t submit programming. This locks up times other Producers might want for their series.

Wednesday Night Class: Mac non-linear Editing with Final Cut Pro:

On Wednesday evening at 7 PM, RVTV a free class for Access Field Producers: Mac editing using Final Cut Pro. This advanced Mac editing program is a great program for Producers who are proficient with other editing programs.  Call for reservation, Mark Butterfield at 552-6892, as the classes are restricted in size.

Address Information STILL Needed:

Many Producers have responded to this request (over 100) but there are still over 300 who have not… If you are one of those who haven’t responded, please do so right away. We are just starting our new fiscal year at RVTV and need to have all of our data correct in our computers.

Please let us know if your residence is within the city limits or if it is outside the city limits (hence, in the county). Email Nena at Scuderin@sou.edu right away and indicate in the subject line – address info. We need this information for our funders. Thank you for your assistance.
